Arrival – Saturday, April 25
Meet & Greet | Transfer:
After clearing customs at Marrakech Menara Airport (RAK) or Casablanca Mohammed V Airport (CMN), please look for a representative holding a “OneDigital” sign. Your host will greet you, assist with your luggage, and escort you to your private Mercedes V-Class for your transfer to Sofitel Marrakech (approximately 15–25 minutes from RAK or 2.5 hours from CMN). Your driver will monitor your flight and adjust pickup timing if needed.
Arrival at the Hotel:
You have been pre-registered for priority check-in. Upon arrival at the hotel, please proceed to the Lodge Wing reception to complete check-in. At that time, you will be asked to share your police entry number — the reference number issued by Moroccan authorities upon entry into the country — and provide a personal credit card for incidentals.
Once check-in is complete, please stop by the Hospitality Desk, located next to the reception, to collect your event badge and welcome amenities. If your suite is not yet ready, your luggage will be securely stored, you may enjoy the resort facilities, and you will be notified as soon as your room becomes available.

Early morning departure for a breathtaking hot air balloon flight over the Moroccan countryside, followed by a traditional Berber breakfast.

Time Window: Pick-up ~5:45 AM, lift-off ~7:00 AM, return to the Sofitel ~10:30 AM.
Dress Code: Dawn can be cool—bring light layers. Wear flat, closed-toe shoes; sunglasses/hat recommended. Secure long hair/scarves; small cross-body only.
Effort Level.Light–moderate: expect 50–60 minutes standing in the basket, a short step/assist to board, and a brief walk on natural terrain at landing.
Health Advisory: Not suitable for guests who are pregnant or with recent/ongoing back, neck, knee, or balance concerns. If in doubt, please consult your physician in advance.

Enjoy an evening at Selman Marrakech, set within its iconic stables. Please meet 15 minutes prior to departure in the hotel main lobby. Transportation is provided, and event badges are required.
Set in a unique setting surrounded by purebred Arabian horses, the evening unfolds with a curated dinner accompanied by Andalusian music and live performances, bringing movement and atmosphere to the space.
